Valley Contracting began in 1993 with 5 employees. Currently we employ 16 people, some of whom worked with me in other companies even before Valley Contracting existed.

In a 60-mile radius of Estherville, we provide eco-friendly services in earth moving, drainage ditches, farm and recreational ponds, underground site work for water and sewer, and commercial demolition. This year we added dirt and gravel hauling services.

In the Estherville community, Valley Contracting has done work for the schools, the college and its wind technology program, the Historical Society, the hospital, the wellness center and many homes, farms and acreages.

Other examples of our work are tree clearing and parking lot site preparation for Estherville's river trails project.

While most of Valley Contracting's work is hidden underground, it is absolutely essential. Without site preparation, not much would take shape above ground.
